4Children is calling on Prime Minister Brown make children an early priority and to pledge his support for a new deal for children to increase life chances and improve childhood with a radical 10 point charter for children.
The Children’s Charter contains 10 announcements designed to change the lives of millions of children to create better local environments, better health care and better support in the early years and through school.
