During the 11th great year of The Philip Lawrence Awards the team at Nang! were honoured to be the ones to create this year’s magazine. Nang! magazine were PLA winners last year (2006) and we wanted to give back to the Awards which gave us so much.

Our ethos at Nang! magazine is to write for young people by young people, so what was better than producing a magazine celebrating the achievements of our peers. We were very excited to be part of this year’s Philip Lawrence Awards and can only hope it gets bigger and better with more and more young people achieving greatness.

Young people are constantly being criticised for bringing down society but we prove them wrong each year with The Philip Lawrence Awards showing it is not all of us. So my fellow peers, let’s achieve every day and rejoice in our achievements!
