Karen James is a woman who excels in providing support to infants with behavioural and special needs and she is notable for her outstanding out-of-hours support for parents facing very difficult personal circumstances. One parent says: “My child was a little terror with serious challenging behaviour. I had continuously felt ostracised at the local toddler group and isolated from the other mums. I have now gained a new confidence and my relationship with my child has changed hugely. I am no longer the nagging parent worrying about my child’s every action or word.”
