Alan Payne has eased effortlessly into his new role to quickly become a popular child carer, both with staff, parents and most importantly of all, the children. Keen and energetic, Alan is the first male member of staff at Granby nurseries and his experience with his own three sons has served him well in building a rapport with the children. He organises a wide range of outdoor play for the youngsters, each activity designed to promote learning within the context of fun. Alan’s enthusiasm for children never waivers and with his ongoing studies, he can only continue onwards and upwards.
