Paul Caddick, a former builder and bouncer described as a six foot, solidly built skin head became a childcarer after the birth of his first child when he realised that more men were needed in the profession. Constantly asked by former work mates why he would want to do women’s work - what with having to wipe bums and all - he explains that he has never had greater job satisfaction. He is proud of his job, that he can be a role model and contribute to his local community.
