Rhian Belcher, North West, West Midlands, East Midlands

Rhian joined 4Children as the Regional Development Manager for the West and East Midlands in July 2006.  Previously, Rhian was Programme Manager of the Sure Start funded Business Success for Childcare programme for three years.  The programme delivered business skills training workshops and support to childcare providers across England.  Rhian has also worked as Business Support Officer and Funding Co-ordinator for Warwickshire County Council’s Early Years and Childcare Team.
