If you know anyone who is separating or separated, you can use the new Sorting Out Separation web app where you’ll find tools and signposts to organisations offering specialist support. The app aims to help separated couples and parents work together to achieve what’s best for themselves and their children.

Using a 12 week intervention model, Wandsworth Targeted Support Service works with children and families within their home, children's centre and local community.
We offer support to the local community in Roehampton and Putney by:
- Working with families with a wide range of needs
- undertaking a family focus needs assessment
- Working with families to complete goals (Twelve week intervention model)
Families access the service by:
- 4children’s referral form
- Self Referral
- Core Assessment
- Early Help Assessment (CAF)
- Age 0-13 including perinatal.
- Family needs to be resident in area locality.
