EYFS Narrowing the Gap
July 2014

My expectations were to increase knowledge on systems of narrowing the gap and effective ways of ensuring the best possible outcomes for vulnerable groups and children most at risk, taking into account the views and experiences across the Early Years Sector. This event delivered that for me paticularly Nancy Stewart and the representative from Contact a Family."

Delighted to have the oppourtnity to listen to inspirational speakers sharing examples of how quality practice can make a diffrence to children. The impact of this is the belief that i can take these messages back to share within my own working practices to make a diffrnece to the children and families within my area of work."

All speakers were knowledgeable and confident speaking about their area of expertise - Julian was extremely inspiring."

All the speakers were clearly passionate about their subject areas and that really showed. Well done! "

I found the outcomes framework to be very useful, something i can really apply to my setting"
