Longfield Community Children’s Centre

Longfield Community Children’s Centre is located on Broadcloth Lane, on the site of Longmeadow School. It is a Surestart centre that offers a range of free services for families with children under 5. These include:

  • Health Visitor Clinics
  • Groups for toddlers and preschoolers
  • Groups for babies

There is a programme of activities and support that deals with various topics including parenting, keeping safe, healthy living, returning to work, benefits and budgeting.
Outreach Workers can support you and your children in your home. They can offer practical advice and guidance to parents and carers. They understand that being a parent can be difficult and sometimes parents/carers may like or need some support to overcome challenges they may be facing.
