Membership Renewal

    If you haven't yet renewed for 2015, please arrange this today to ensure you don't miss out on your 4Children membership benefits.

    As a 4Children member you are supported by fantastic services and discounts.

    To renew your membership please choose one of the following payment options or contact the 4Children membership team. Call us on 020 7512 2100 or email info@4Children.org.uk if you have any questions.

    Three easy steps to renewal:

    1. Complete the Renewal Form.
    2. Complete the Direct Debit Mandate (if applicable) or select your preferred payment method from options below.
    3. Send your completed  renewal form, direct debit mandate (if applicable) and any changes of contact details to:

    Payment options and discounts

    Please note that there is a slight increase in 4Children membership fees this year. While we try to keep our fees as low as possible for our members, as a charity we unfortunately do have to review our fees every few years to account for increasing costs.

    Payment by annual direct debit - 10% discount!
    Direct debit is a convenient way to pay for your annual membership and entitles you to a 10% discount. Payment will be debited from your bank account in January/February of each year unless you choose to cancel.

    To apply for the direct debit payment option please complete the direct debit mandate and return along with the renewal form via post to the membership team at the address above.

    Payment by cheque
    Cheques to be made payable to 4Children, and sent along with the renewal form to the address detailed above. Please allow five working days for payment to debited from your account.

    Payment by card
    Please complete your card details on the membership renewal form and return to us at the address above.

    Internet banking*
    Please use the following details to make a payment by internet banking:
