• If you know anyone who is separating or separated, you can use the new Sorting Out Separation web app where you’ll find tools and signposts to organisations offering specialist support. The app aims to help separated couples and parents work together to achieve what’s best for themselves and their children.

Harlequin Children’s Centre works in partnership with Essex County Council. 

The following runs from our Centre:

  • Breast Feeding Support, Monday 11.00am - 12.30pm (excluding Bank Holidays)
  • Baby Massage, for course dates, please telephone the Centre
  • “Parachutes” is a support group for families with children with Special Educational Needs every last Tuesday of the month, 3.30pm - 5.00pm at Roundabout Children’s Centre

  • Twins & Triplets, Friday 11.00am - 12.30pm
  • Family Learning
  • “Save a Baby Roadshow” – Paediatric emergency first aid workshop
  • Neighbourhood Beat Surgery by Essex Police (PCSO) for the next date, telephone the Centre
  • Single Parent Support Group, 10.30am - 12.00pm held at  Rickstones Church, Rickstones Road, Witham, CM8 2NG

Harlequin Children’s Centre follows a comprehensive set of policies and procedures to ensure we provide the highest quality to all children and parents who use our service.  Contact the Centre to find out more.

Family Outreach Workers work in the community promoting and delivering children’s centre services.  They can also work with families where a specific need has been identified (at the Centre or within the family home).
